We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations and can translate these into insights that drive product strategies and our next generation of consumer products. This role is crucial for enhancing our mobile financial solutions and ensuring they are both intuitive and powerful.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct user research across multiple aspects of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to release, focusing primarily on mobile applications.
  • Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, field studies, ethnographic research, and usability studies.
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to identify research topics and align on research goals that inform business decisions and increase user satisfaction.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that directly impact product design and strategy.
  • Present and advocate research results to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.
  • Work with design, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to implement innovative solutions based on research findings.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in UX research and mobile technology.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, specifically in B2C and fintech environments; mobile experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
  • Proven experience in managing and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, and turning the data collected into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • High proficiency in tools and software for UX research, data collection, and analysis.
