Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms to enhance our online presence.
  • Advanced Understanding of Facebook and Instagram: Leverage social media platforms for marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Email, Phone, and Zoom Communication: Effectively communicate with potential and current clients through various channels.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Utilize tools like Canva to design marketing materials that align with our brand and messaging.
  • Data Collection/Tracking: Gather and organize relevant data to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Email Creation and Management: Draft, send, and manage email communications to clients and stakeholders.
  • Cold Calling: Comfortably engage in cold-calling activities to connect with potential and current clients.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets: Use Google Sheets for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Time Management: Efficiently handle multi-step projects and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Verbal and Typed Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate through written and spoken channels.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, projects, and information systematically.
  • Comfortable Cold-Calling: Confidently engage with potential and current clients over the phone.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoom, Calendly, Community, Google Sheets, Canva, Asana, Slack, and experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or events.
