Project Manager, Web

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing web projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

1. Agile :

• Strong understanding of Agile principles
• Ability to lead and facilitate Agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Experience in adapting Agile processes to Speechify's changing environment

1. Project Management:

• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and task tracking
• Skill in managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating team efforts
• Experience in maintaining accurate project documentation and weekly status reporting

1. Technical :

• Familiarity with web development and engineering workflows. Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into actionable plans
• Participation in technical discussions with engineers to estimate work accurately

1. Communication and Collaboration:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can create a collaborative work environment
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, updates and conflict resolution

• Proven 2 years plus of experience managing web projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Tech Stack: JS, ReactJS, Typescript
