We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Sales Support Specialist. In this dual role, you will play a critical part in both project management and sales operations. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality responses to RFPs, preparing sales proposals, and supporting the U.S. sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

RFP and Proposal Management:

  • Develop, write, and edit compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify technical and financial information.
  • Ensure all proposals and responses meet company standards and client requirements.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the U.S. sales team with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and related materials.
  • Coordinate and track sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain and update a library of sales collateral, case studies, and other documentation to support business development efforts.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, reporting progress to management.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, project teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate internal meetings and ensure that all parties are informed of project status and any changes.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on project and sales support activities.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with writing proposals, managing RFP processes, or supporting sales teams is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and best practices.
