Product Designer

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about crafting seamless experiences and eager to drive the future of fintech solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to impact the way millions of users interact with their finances.

• Lead the design process for new products, from conception through launch, focusing on delivering superior B2C financial solutions (mobile/web).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to identify user needs, brainstorm solutions, and refine user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability studies to better understand our customers and validate design concepts.
• Create and maintain design flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals; iterate designs based on user and business feedback
• Advocate for the best possible customer experience, considering all aspects of design including usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Partner with engineering to plan and design new features

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Expertise designing for fintech and B2C preferred
• Mobile design experience and experience with NFC preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy, process, and proven results
• Proficiency with Figma
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across disciplines and lead through influence.
• Previous experience in a startup/fast-paced environment is a plus.
