The Red Canary marketing operations team helps provide data/system support, analytical reporting/insight, and process optimization to our internal stakeholders. We work very closely with the go-to-market organization so it is critical to provide world class support across all operational areas which meet or exceed their expectations.

As the marketing strategy and analytics analyst, you will plan a vital role in the support of the go-to market organization. Providing key analytical insight and observations, based on a portfolio of reports and dashboards, that you will build and maintain over time. Will bring your expertise in aligning knowledge of marketing tech, data constructs, and ability to visually render in a comprehensive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing analytics function here at Red Canary by using data to evaluate the effectiveness and success of marketing activities. Allowing our marketers to gather deeper insights, optimize marketing objectives, and achieve a greater ROI from marketing efforts.
  • Lifecycle marketing development and optimization to define our customer journey from lead capture to customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Monitoring and optimizing a data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across our marketing tech stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize marketing reporting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team and executive leadership based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing tech trend to ensure Marketing is using best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years work experience as a marketing analyst or similar role (SaaS company preferred)
  • Deep understanding of analytic practices across multiple platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner cross-functionally
  • Passion for data accuracy and integrity
  • Expertise in Marketing Tech (SFDC, Marketo, and Tableau a must, Clari is a bonus!)
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to our internal stakeholders
  • Strong desire to collaborate and do what's right for our business in achieving goals and objectives
