A Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing and Generative AI. As an ML Engineer at UST/OA, you'll spearhead initiatives in the financial services and healthcare sectors, harnessing the power of data and AI to drive transformative solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust ML and NLP algorithms.
• Seamlessly integrate varied data sources, ensuring optimal data integrity for model training
• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models, ensuring efficient operations in production environments.
• Proactively address and optimize any performance issues in deployed models.
• Continuously innovate, staying updated with the latest in ML, NLP, and Generative AI trends.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least two years of hands-on experience in ML and NLP using Python.
• Expertise in generative AI techniques and associated frameworks.
• Familiarity with distributed computing tools such as Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Proven ability to deploy production-ready ML models, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Proficient in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• In-depth understanding of advanced NLP and generative algorithms.
• Strong experience with scientific computation libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.
• Mastery over data visualization using tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Comprehensive understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and advanced statistical techniques.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and Linux administration.
• Demonstrated leadership in end-to-end ML project cycles, from conception to deployment.
• Robust understanding of hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• An intrinsic drive to innovate, combined with a problem-solving mindset.
