• Has 3+ years of experience in product strategy, user research, or a related field.
• Understands the core principles of gamification and building products that people return to.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and embraces challenges with a positive attitude.
• Has a strategic mindset but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.
• Is a skilled communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear plans.
• Is a passionate learner who stays updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Bonus points: Experience in the iGaming industry or a passion for gaming.
