Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, marketers, and compliance teams to ensure content is consistent, on-brand, and optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and innovation within our existing content frameworks.
  • Utilize data and user feedback to refine and optimize content, ensuring it meets the standards of clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
  • Establish style guides, best practices, and standards for content across all platforms.
  • Mentor junior content designers and lead initiatives to enhance team capability and workflow efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content strategy, fintech, and consumer behaviors to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content design or content strategy, particularly within the B2C fintech sector.
  • Proven ability to create content for a variety of audiences and platforms, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in digital content creation.
  • Experience with SEO, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a deep understanding of user experience and content accessibility.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
