- 3-4 years of experience working as an account manager or customer success manager
- A proven track record of meeting growth & retention KPIs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; especially across C-level contacts
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines eectively
- A strong understanding of ecommerce logistics and fulfillment best practices
- Proficiency in Shopify and other relevant ecommerce platforms
- A passion for helping businesses succeed
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A strong understanding of 3PL operations and/or ecommerce
- Experience with CRM software
