We pay the statutory percentage into your superannuation. You can use our default fund, or nominate your own, the choice is yours. We also allow you to salary sacrifice.

We’ve partnered with a health fund provider to give you discounts and waived waiting periods on certain health insurance plans and products (Australian citizens or permanent residents).

Family formation

We provide Atlassians with inclusive and comprehensive family formation benefits. This includes fertility health, assisted reproduction (like in-vitro fertilization), fertility tissue preservation (like egg or sperm freezing), adoption, gestational surrogacy, menopause, and more.
